Customize your project in studio with your choice of over 70 stain and paint colors.ย Thisย registration will allow forย ONE adult to make ONE project.ย  ***Everyone attending MUST have their own project.***

The studio will open 15 minutes early for guests to check-in. Workshops run approximately 2 hours.

Registration will close 2 days priorย to allow time to build projects and make stencils.

  • Gallery Signย - $50 (measures 12" x 24")

  • 2 Board Planks - $55 (measures 11x32)
  • Medium Centerpiece/mantel Boxย - $65 (measures 32" long)
  • Rustic Farmhouse Trayย - $65 (includes handles & measures 15" x 24")
  • Oversizedย Plankย - $65 (measures 12" x 48")

HOW TO REGISTER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

(*These are digital proofs of stencil designs and project shapes. You will customize by choosing from a variety of stain and paint colors in studio!)

1. Choose your project byย clicking on the picture. Please double check that your selected picture matches your drop-down menu choice.

2.ย ONLYย ifย the design shows personalization such as last name/initial/establishedย year, etc please put in theย personalization box.ย  If no personalization is on the sign, then please type NA.

3.ย  Accept terms. Proceed withย checkout.

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee may apply.

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your project will be set aside for 90 days and you can come into a future workshop to complete. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop. Please email us (hammerandstainbeaches@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hammerandstain.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
